RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read the information below carefully, as return eligibility varies depending on the type of product purchased.


STANDARD DECALS & STICKERS (NON-CUSTOM)

We offer a 14-day return window from the day your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER DECALS

Custom or personalised items — including:

  • Social media tags

  • Custom text decals

  • Club decals

  • Any item made to your specifications

are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a fault or error on our side.

If you are unsure whether an item is classed as custom, please contact us before ordering.


PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) APPAREL & MERCHANDISE

Some of our clothing and merchandise is produced using a print-on-demand (POD) service. These items are made specifically for each order.

Because POD items are made to order:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind

  • Sizing issues are not eligible for return

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer are not eligible for return

Please check size guides and product details carefully before ordering.

Faulty or Incorrect POD Items

If your POD item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Minor variations in colour or print placement may occur and are not considered faults.


DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS (ALL PRODUCTS)

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is eligible for return, the fastest option is to:

  1. Return the original item once approved

  2. Place a new order after the return is accepted


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as the delivery service has already been provided.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR DECALS

  • Once a decal has been applied, it cannot be returned

  • Incorrect application, surface preparation issues, or damage during installation are not considered faults

  • Please follow the installation instructions provided carefully
